Common Questions

How long does floor installation take?

A single room typically takes 1–2 days. Whole-home flooring replacement (800–1500 sq ft) usually takes 3–5 days depending on subfloor work needed and material type.

Do I need to move furniture?

Yes — we need the room empty to work. We can help move light furniture, but large or heavy pieces should be removed before we arrive. We'll confirm this during the consultation.

What if my subfloor is damaged?

We inspect the subfloor before installation. If repairs are needed (rotted areas, squeaks, low spots), we'll include that in the quote. Installing over a bad subfloor is something we won't do.
